About Us

Tennessee Mental Health and Psychiatry Group is a physician-owned psychiatric practice based in Brentwood, Tennessee. We provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on thoughtful, individualized care.

Direct patient care is delivered by licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners working collaboratively with supervising physicians. Our care model emphasizes evidence-based treatment, clear communication, and shared decision-making, ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care plan.

We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments when clinically appropriate, allowing flexibility while maintaining the same high standard of psychiatric care. Whether visits occur in the office or virtually, our priority is providing consistent, attentive support that meets patients where they are.

When therapy is recommended as part of treatment, we coordinate care with a partner practice, Southeast Psych Nashville. Both practices operate out of the same office location and are supported by a shared administrative, scheduling, and billing team. This coordinated approach allows patients to navigate care more easily while maintaining clear clinical boundaries between practices.
