Boris Royak, MD

Dr. Boris Royak, Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of ARC Health, is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, psychiatric care, and program development. A summa cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Royak earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science before completing medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and residency training at Brown University. He also completed a Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University. Dr. Royak is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
Throughout his career, Dr. Royak has helped lead and expand behavioral health services across a variety of outpatient, hospital, long-term care, and integrated care settings. His experience spans adult psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, interventional psychiatry, and behavioral health operations, giving him a broad perspective on both patient care and the evolving needs of modern psychiatric service delivery.
As Chief Clinical Officer of ARC Health, Dr. Royak works closely with providers and leadership teams across the organization to support clinical quality, psychiatric service line development, and strategic growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience collaborating across multi-site behavioral health organizations and plays an active role in helping practices expand access to high-quality psychiatric care while maintaining strong clinical standards and continuity of care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Royak enjoys photography, racket sports, and exploring new places with his family.
